Ensuring Patient Safety with Citizen Engagement

(September 19 ↦ 20, 2008) Over 200 health care professionals, members of the public, government representatives and community advocates from across the province and the country are gathering at the 2008 Interdisciplinary Conference to discuss the theme of ensuring patient safety with citizen engagement. The conference is hosted by the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists (SCP), the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses' Association (SRNA) and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS).

Featuring keynote speaker Dan Florizone, Saskatchewan Deputy Minister of Health, speaking on "Knowledge and Empowerment in Improving Safety in Health Care" followed by entertainment by guitar virtuoso Jack Semple.
