Non-Practising Membership |

Non-practising membership is limited to those persons who have at one time been a practising member of the SRNA and who were in good standing when last registered. Non-practising members are entitled to vote and to hold office at the membership unit level, and to receive the Newsbulletin. Non-practising members are not entitled to use the title 'Registered Nurse' or to practise nursing in Saskatchewan.
To apply for a Non-Practising Membership
If you have a current practising RN licence or non-practising membership in Saskatchewan, we will send you instructions to apply for annual renewal in September of each year. Go to www.srna.org under Membership Profile Management to update your contact information.
If you do not have a current membership in Saskatchewan,

- Full name and any former names
- Saskatchewan RN number (if unknown, provide date of birth)
- Current address, phone numbers and email
- Advise if you would prefer to renew online (paying with Visa or MasterCard), or have a paper form mailed or emailed to you
- If you have selected the online renewal option, do you require your user name and temporary password to be emailed to you
- State you are applying for non-practising membership
Once we receive all requirements and your application is approved, we will send you instructions to process your non-practising membership. The fee for a non-practising membership is $36.75 (GST included) per year.
You may convert your non-practising membership to Practising RN membership at any time during the membership year.
