IF YOUR EMPLOYER IS PAYING YOUR 2008 FEES
If your fee is being paid by your employer, complete your renewal form and submit it to your employer before the agreed upon date in October. If the confidentiality of information on the form is a concern, it may be placed in a sealed envelope with your name and RN# on the outside and submitted to your employer for payment and remittance to our office.
