• Application for Assessment Saskatchewan Graduates.
• Non-refundable fee of $36.75, payable in Canadian funds. We accept money orders, cheques, Visa or MasterCard. Please do not send cash in the mail. Credit Card Payment Form
• Application for Canadian Registered Nurse Examination (CRNE) and fee.
• Copies of your birth certificate and all change of name documentation, including marriage certificate(s). All documents must be clear and easy to read. (If you are scanning Vital Statistics documents, please scan in colour so they will print clearly.)
• Copy of current photo ID (scan in colour).

Once you have successfully completed your nursing program, the Nursing Education Program of Saskatchewan (NEPS) will automatically send to SRNA:

• Official transcript
• Recommendation by nursing program

Canadian Registered Nurse Examination (CRNE)

You will need to bring two pieces of current photo ID to the exam, one of which must include your signature.

If you have a disability that could affect your performance on the CRNE, special accommodation can be requested by contacting the SRNA at 306-359-4246. This request is subject to approval and must be made at least three (3) months prior to the examination. This accommodation must have been provided to you throughout your nursing program or be a current diagnosed disability.

A candidate has three opportunities to pass the CRNE.

When we receive your application and fee, SRNA will:

• Open a file and collect documentation.
• Assess documents and ask for clarification or additional information as needed.
• Send you a checklist showing documents received and outstanding.
• Send you confirmation you are scheduled to write the CRNE.
• Approximately two weeks before the examination date, send you information regarding the location and time of the exam.

If you change your name, send us a clear copy of your change of name documentation/marriage certificate.
