CHANGE OF ADDRESS
If, at any time during the year, you move, please notify the Association immediately of your address change. It's easy - just call 359-4241 (Regina) or toll-free 1-800-667-9945 (Ext. 241) or email nbiberdorf@srna.org.
CHANGE OF NAME
If your name has changed, please enclose a photocopy of any legal documents supporting the change (ie: marriage certificate, legal name change documentation, etc.) A licence will be issued under your new name only if the required documentation is provided at the time of renewal.
