Voting Open for Multiple Council Positions

Members of the SRNA Council govern policy and propose bylaw changes, including Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner competencies and standards. Council, made up of both SRNA members and public representatives, ensures that the focus of the SRNA remains regulatory excellence for registered nursing in Saskatchewan while operating in the best interest of the public. Current Council members can be viewed on the SRNA website.

There are currently positions open on both the SRNA Council, and the Nominations Committee. The SRNA has received nominations from multiple qualified candidates to fill these positions. Our membership will have the opportunity to vote nominated candidates to fill these positions beginning on February 25, with the newly-elected members being announced after voting closes at noon on May 5, during the Annual General Meeting.

Any member of the public interested in being appointed to an open public representative position on Council can reach out to Rebecca Bayliss at the Ministry of Health at or 306.787.0039.
