Get Involved with an SRNA Committee
Each year, members of the public and SRNA members—RNs, NPs and RN(AAP)s—contribute time and expertise to more than a dozen SRNA committees that provide oversight to the SRNA’s work, helping to deliver on our mandate. SRNA committees have become more and more necessary and important, as the SRNA’s work grows more complex. Because of collective information and analysis, the SRNA relies on committees made up of members and the public to come up with solutions to complex problems.
You can make a difference by joining an SRNA committee. It is an opportunity for nurses to contribute to regulatory processes that protect client populations and the public. If you are considering getting involved, would like to express interest in a specific committee or find out more information about openings, email email@example.com. Ensure you also indicate on your license renewal if you’d like to enter the pool of potential candidates for committee work and which committees interest you. Furthermore, if you know a member of the public who would be interested in serving on a committee as a public representative, encourage them to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The SRNA greatly appreciates the commitment, contribution, collaboration and leadership of everyone involved.
